SHIPPING POLICY
All parcels are shipped through Canada Post-Expedited parcel.
Once the order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for Canadian destinations. The US and international destinations may take longer. Please allow for extended delivery times during holiday seasons including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the product you ordered is unsatisfactory in any way you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return the item to us for an exchange OR a store credit, excluding the original cost of shipping. Returning items have to be unused and in original packaging. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue, and are non-transferable and non-convertible.

If there was damage to the package and your products when they arrived, please take a photo and send it to us so we can open a claim with the courier company and get this replaced for you.
